PayPal is our sole form of payment accepted. All items, including custom listings, must be paid for in full before they will be shipped out.

Shipping and Tracking


Standard shipping rates apply to the continental U.S. only. You will be notified via email both when you place an order and when your item ships. Ready- to- wear (non- custom) items will be shipped with 10 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your items. Merchandise is shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. You can track your package using your delivery confirmation number (found in your “Order Shipped” email) at Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order at checkout. For international shipping rates, please fill out our 'Contact' form and a custom listing can be created for you with specific international shipping charges for your country. 

Ready-to-Wear and Custom


Ready- to- wear items are considered pieces that have been pre- designed with standard sizes and available for sale via our online shop. Custom items are made to measure the client's specifications and are designed for the client. Please see the 'Exchanges and Returns' section at right for return details based on ready-to- wear or custom status. Please contact us for additional information on custom items, including the design process, measurements, pricing, and shipping times.

Exchanges and Returns 


Unworn ready- to wear (non- custom) items can be exchanged for the same item of a different size, or returned for store credit towards a future purchase. Store credit can be applied to both ready-to-wear and custom items. Custom items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Returns/exchanges must in the same condition as when order was sent out to the customer from Gerri L Beatty Couture headquarters. Returns/exchanges must be postmarked within five (5) business days of the initial delivery date. Any items that have been worn or are not postmarked within five (5) business days will not be eligible for return/exchange. Please contact us in the event of an exchange/return to let us know that you will be sending back your item(s). You will be emailed a return/exchange form to fill out that must be included in your package when you ship your item(s). Once we receive your item back in its original condition, we will process your exchange or return. Shipping charges to send returns/exchanges back to us will be the customer’s responsibility. Please include delivery confirmation to verify that your package arrives back to us for processing.

Gerri L Beatty Couture site server and Paypal secure your personal information with firewall and encryptions during your order process.
